Breastfeeding can feel overwhelming, especially in the early weeks with a new baby, and reaching out for support isn’t always easy. You don’t have to figure it out alone. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), my goal is to gently guide you toward feeding your baby in a way that feels right for you.

When feeding concerns come up, they can feel urgent. I do my best to offer private lactation visits within a few days, and you can expect a response to your inquiry within 12–24 hours. I travel up to 45 minutes from my home in Hilton, NY.

Virtual and phone consultations are also available, especially for follow-up support. While these sessions do not include a physical or oral assessment, they can still be very helpful for reviewing feeding history, routines, and creating a plan that feels manageable and supportive.

I am not in-network with insurance providers, which means services are paid out of pocket. Payment is accepted via Venmo. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

To reserve your appointment, payment is required in advance via Venmo. Your visit is confirmed once payment is received.

I understand that life with a new baby can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a $30 fee. Thank you for your understanding and respect of this time.
