Breastfeeding can feel overwhelming, especially in the early weeks with a new baby, and reaching out for support isn’t always easy. You don’t have to figure it out alone. My goal is to support you in feeding your baby in the way that feels right for you. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I’m here to gently guide you toward your feeding goals.

When feeding concerns come up, they can feel urgent. I do my best to offer private lactation visits within a few days, and you can expect a response to your inquiry within 12 to 24 hours. I will travel up to 45 minutes from my home in Hilton, NY.

Virtual and phone consults are also available, especially for follow ups. These sessions have some limitations, like not being able to do a physical or oral exam, but they still provide meaningful support through conversation about your feeding history and daily routines, helping you move forward with a plan that feels manageable and supportive.

I am not in network with insurance providers, which means services are paid out of pocket. I collect payment accept Venmo, check, or cash. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

To reserve your appointment, payment is required in advance via Venmo. Your visit is confirmed once payment is received.

I understand that life with a new baby can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a $30 fee. Thank you for valuing both your time and mine.
